Emily in her studio working at her easel on a large work in progress -- a self portrait of her holding one of her children.

Emily Feagin Williams is a painter living and working in Huntsville, Alabama.

Her paintings are a visual memoir. They explore themes of motherhood and family relationships — finding ways that people who came before us inevitably shape us and how we make that into our own story.
